Coventry Chinese School Teachers Attend the 24th Chinese Language Teachers’ Day and Outstanding Teachers Award Ceremony.
On October 27, 2024, Teachers Catherine Lim and Lily Li had the honour of representing Coventry Chinese School at the 24th Chinese Language Teachers’ Day and Outstanding Teachers Award Ceremony in London. The event brought together outstanding teachers from 63 Chinese language schools across England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales, providing a valuable opportunity for professional exchange.
At the event, our two teachers engaged in cordial discussions with outstanding educators from various regions and took commemorative group photos. Mr. Wu Shanxiong, President of the UK Chinese Education Promotion Association, warmly shook hands with the outstanding teacher representatives and personally presented the teaching excellence certificates. This event affirmed our work and inspired us to continue contributing to Chinese language education.

2024年10月27日，考文垂中文学校的林佳佳老师和厉雅莉老师非常荣幸地代表学校前往伦敦，参加了第24届华文教师节暨优秀中文教师表彰大会。大会汇聚了来自英格兰、苏格兰、北爱尔兰和威尔士等地区63所华文学校的优秀教师，为老师们提供了宝贵的交流机会。
在活动现场，我们的两位老师与各地的优秀教师们亲切交流，并一同合影留念。英国中文教育促进会伍善雄会长还与各位优秀老师代表热情握手，并亲自颁发了优秀教师奖状。这次活动不仅是对我们工作的肯定，更激励我们继续为中文教育贡献力量。
